"Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are."
-Brene Brown
People often come to me carrying years of self-doubt, burnout, grief, or the quiet exhaustion of trying to be everything for everyone else. Many have spent their lives masking, people-pleasing, or shrinking themselves to survive—and somewhere along the way, they’ve lost touch with who they really are. That place can feel isolating, and asking for help often feels like the hardest step. You don’t have to do this alone.
I am a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed therapist who believes that healing happens in relationship—with yourself, with your body, and with people who can truly see you. My work integrates Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Psychology, and mindfulness in ways that are personalized and deeply collaborative. I will always hold space for your tenderness, and if appropriate, I won’t hesitate to challenge you with honesty and care. Growth doesn’t come from staying comfortable—it comes from feeling safe enough to take a step forward.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals exploring their identities, working through trauma, navigating grief, and learning how to live more fully as neurodivergent adults in a world that often doesn’t make room for difference. This work is my passion, my calling, and my greatest honor.
You don’t need to be fixed. You don’t need to carry it all alone. You’re already worthy of care and connection, exactly as you are.
If you’re ready, I would love to walk with you as you begin this work.
I am thrilled you stopped by.
