Understanding Your Investment
Your scheduled sessions are times I set aside specifically for you. For those 50 minutes, you are the most important person in the world. This time also includes my own investment in specialized training, ongoing consultation, and any preparation needed to provide you with the highest level of care.
Individual sessions are available to Washington State residents and take place via a secure telehealth platform.

Fees and Reimbursement
My current fees are $150/50-minute individual session and $180 for the initial 50-minute intake and assessment. An initial 15-minute discovery call and this time will allow us to see how well we connect before diving in. Your connection with a therapist is incredibly important.
I am currently able to bill Premera Insurance. For many, I am an out-of-network provider . This means that your credit card will be charged after each session via the online platform. Should you like, I will provide you with a superbill before each session that you can take directly to your insurance for reimbursement. The amount reimbursed will vary depending on your insurance plan.

Cancellation Policies
I understand that life happens sometimes and that sometimes you may have to cancel or miss appointments. Since I have reserved that space especially for you, if you are unable to attend, others may miss an opportunity to receive much-needed support and services. Please note that if an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the session fee for late cancellation and 100% for any no-shows. Please note that should you be an insurance client, your insurance will not cover this fee.
